CINEMAX 360 is an innovative venture in the field of entertainment, providing a surprising, entertaining and exciting multi-sensory experience of watching movies, thanks to a combination of several groundbreaking technologies in the field of projection, audio and especially the active infrastructure.
The attraction was developed in an innovative dedicated building with a large dome and acoustic qualities, and shows different and varied films using four advanced projectors on a huge 360-degree screen, which covers the dome of the building from the inside.
Viewers feel that they are right inside the plot of the film, most of which is presented, from the viewer's point of view, as an active participant.
Entrepreneurship & Partnership
The TLV Balloon is a huge helium balloon which flies about 30 people for a spectacular observation over Tel-Aviv and it's Metropolitan from a height of 120 meters.
Apart of being an attraction the balloon is one of the largest and most exclusive advertising platforms in Israel. We initiated and implemented this special project in cooperation with the Civil Aviation Authority of Israel and Tel-Aviv Municipality,and today we manage its ongoing operations.
Lindstrand Technologies
Franchise
Lindstrand Technologies is an Aviation & Aerospace company which has produced some of the most advanced lighter-than-air airships and inflatable structures in the world.
We hold the exclusive rights to market and sell Lindstrand's products in Israel.
So far we have established two successful projects in Israel and we are planning additional joint ventures in Israel and around the world.
Tourist Attraction
After setting up a number of adventure parks around the world, SKY TOWN contact us to help build such an amazing park in Tel-Aviv. As a result of our actions, the Tel Aviv Municipality approved the best location in Tel Aviv for the project (Yarkon Park) and we hope to complete the construction and start operations in April 2018.
Vladi Private Island

When we received a request of a production company to find an island somewhere across the Mediterranean to produce a survival-style TV show, we had no doubt who to contact. Vladi Private Island is a company that has been engaged in the sale and lease of private islands around the world for the past 40 years. As part of our relationship with Vladi Private Island, we received the franchise to represent the company in Israel.
Agamon SKYRIDE
Tourist Attraction
The SKYRIDE is a huge balloon filled with helium that flies about 30 people for a spectacular view of the Hahula Valley. The SKYRIDE is part of an impressive tourist complex that includes one of the largest hotels and shopping centers in the north of Israel.
We were excited to take part in this project, to grant the franchise and to take action to place the Sky Ride in this complex.

Zohar Miller (1946-2015)
His memory is blessed
An amazing person with a vision, integrity and professionalism who was very active for the community in Israel. The initiator of the idea of turning the Eilat area into a free trade zone in Israel. Zohar has been active for many years in the tourism industry in Israel. He founded two hotels in Eilat and initiated the establishment of the International School for Hotels and Tourism. Together with Ophir, initiated the establishment of many projects in Israel, some of which, unfortunately, he did not see established during his lifetime.
Dr. Ophir Miller

These words were spoken to Dr. Miller by the former Israeli government secretary during the opening of one of the projects that we initiated. With his experience in development and construction of complex projects, As a Ph.D. holder and lecturer in the Economics and Management Faculty of Ben-Gurion University and with nearly two decades of experience as a commercial attorney and senior partner in Dr. Miller & Co. - Law firm, Dr. Miller is the person you want on your side in each project you will establish.
